Our website is a bespoke platform built by our own developers allowing us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored securly in our datase and behind a firewall. When you make a purchase, your payment is made through a third party provider such as Sagepay or Paypal - both of these are fully PCI compliant. We may use "cookies" to gather information regarding the use of our site. A cookie is stored on your computer's hard drive by you and enables quick access to the site and provides us with certain information about your use of websites generally. We will from time to time use email to contact you to notify you of new products or services. You will only receive these emails if you have opted in to our mail list. We have a double 'opt-in' process to ensure you haven't signed up to us in error. However, please contact us at any time by email should you wish to change your decision either way.

For email marketing purposes, we ONLY store your email address. No other information is contained on our email marketing database.

Online Marketing

We often advertise our products and services through online advertising platforms; Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram. If you accept cookies or follow us on social media then you might see our adverts on these online platforms.

We reserve the right to monitor all forms of communication whether electronic or otherwise with you for the purposes of development of the service and compliance with our policies and procedures.
