Returning Unwanted Goods

We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for any unwated items returned within 28 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened and in their original condition. We cannot offer a refund or exchange on items that do not reach us in a re-saleable condition. We unfortunately cannot offer free returns and would advise you to use a Tracked and Signed for Service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost in transit.

Please re-pack any items you wish to return securely and ideally in the originally packaging with your delivery note.

Please label your parcel 'Returned Goods of UK Origin' and hand your second delivery note to the courier as proof the goods originated in the UK.

Failure to do so may incur duties which will be deducted from your refund. We also ask that FEDEX is not used for your return.


Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment within 10 working days of receipt of the goods back at our premises. This includes the original postage costs if ALL items from an order are returned. We cannot, however, refund upgrades for Express or Next Day Delivery Services.

Defective/Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received the incorrect item(s) or your goods are faulty, please contact us via our contact form within 3 days of receipt, stating your order number and the details of your issue.

Items purchased through our stockists

We are sorry, but we are unable to accept returns from items purchsed through any of our stockists. You must contact them directly to resolve the isse.
